Workplace Giving
Workplace giving is an easy and convenient way for you to make a regular donation to support your local Lifeline Centre. Your decision to participate will see more calls answered and more lives saved by directly funding the training of Crisis Supporters.
Workplace giving is a joint relationship between employers, employees and charities. Employers give their staff the option to donate a small amount of their pre-tax salary to a charity such as Lifeline Albury Wodonga.
The beauty of this arrangement is that, while the charity receives the full amount donated, the employee effectively pays less. It’s a smart, tax-effective way for businesses and individuals to make a difference and in this instance support their local Lifeline Centre.
Many employers opt to match the donations of their employees, doubling the impact and giving greater incentive for employees to get involved.
Please email trainingaw@lifeline.org.au to inquire or arrange a presentation for your workplace.
